Free downtown parking in Seattle or Bellevue
Parking is a hassle. It's also expensive. Albert M. Raines will validate your parking when you park in either of his offices at the US Bank City Centre in Downtown Seattle, or in the Park Place office building for any meeting with him held Monday through Friday 8:00 - 5:00pm.

Free Initial Consultation
Albert M. Raines offers a free initial consultation when you can discuss your case, and how his unique qualifications and experience will benefit you. During this initial consultation, Albert will advise you of the preliminary options available to you in preparing and presenting your defense. Most likely, you will not have a full police report on your case at the time of the initial consultation. This is not a problem because Albert will discuss your case and defense with you when you have questions or concerns at any time.

Flat Fee Pricing
Albert M. Raines will invest all of the time and research that is needed to defend you. Factors such as the nature of the charge, prior convictions, the number and locations of witnesses and other sources of evidence, and special circumstances in your case will be considered when a quote for the cost of services is given. The flat fee price does not include costs for travel, retaining expert opinions and testimony, and filing of necessary writs or interlocutory appeals. Clients appreciate the flat fee pricing because they know that their lawyer will never tell them that more money is needed to defend them. You will know that your investment in your defense will be exactly what you have been quoted at the initial consultation.
